Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing and Dispatch: As all ALÈCLEE Designs products are made to order, production timelines will vary depending on the complexity and scope of the bespoke request. 

  • Clients will be provided with an estimated production and dispatch timeframe upon design approval.

  • We aim to dispatch all approved orders within 7 to 21 business days, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any changes to agreed dispatch dates will be communicated promptly.

2. Delivery Methods: We offer shipping via trusted carriers, including Royal Mail and reputable courier services, both domestic and international.

  • Standard and tracked shipping options are available at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary by region and are subject to courier schedules and service levels.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include packaging and handling charges.

3. International Shipping: ALÈCLEE Designs offers international delivery to selected countries. 

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and other regulatory fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.

  • The client shall ensure that the delivery address is correct and accessible.

4. Delivery Issues and Non-Receipt: If your item has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Please first check any tracking information provided.

  • Contact us within 14 calendar days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will liaise with the courier to investigate and, where applicable, offer a suitable resolution.

5. Damaged Items on Arrival: In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged: 

  • Notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt.

  • Include photographic evidence of packaging and the item itself.

  • We will assess and, if appropriate, offer repair, replacement, or refund subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

6. Statutory Rights: Nothing in this policy shall affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable postal regulations.
